Our enterprise monitoring system, based on Nagios monitors all our servers day and night to make sure everything is running smoothly, in the event that an issue is detected our staff are notified via email and audio/visual alerts from our monitoring screens. From the moment an issue is detected to the second it is resolved our staff follow processes set out for the system that is having issues notifying the relevent people and working to resolve the issue as fast as possing.
How does this help me?
By having proactive monitoring checking your server we can resolve many issues before they effect your service. As standard we just monitor a ping check against the server's main IP address to confirm that the server is online. Our advanced and custom monitoring packages can be configured on monitor CPU, memory, diskspace, and specific services running on your server. We can produce graphs and other information from this that allow us, and you, to see exactly how your server is performing.
Please note that on shared hosting and semi dedicated packages we monitor the server as a whole and no per site monitoring is done as standard. If you would like this please contact our sales team who will help with your request.
